So my facebook friend just posted this pic with this text….Well, I just witnessed blatant racial injustice with my own eyes. I was getting in my car after exiting a store when a young black man stumbled past me and collapsed against the store wall. When I got out to see if he was okay, a group of white people came rushing over, one of whom was a 20-something white woman who declared in distress, “I ran a red light and hit him with my car!” People immediately assured her that SHE would be okay, meanwhile the young man is writhing in pain on the ground, pants leg torn, tears running down his face. When the police arrived and the young woman explained what happened, it was suggested to her that maybe the light had been yellow and that the young man had “darted out into the street into her path.” I was floored. I said, “But she just SAID she ran the red light and hit him in the intersection!”
"OH MY GOD! THE CAR IS DAMAGED! YOU POOR CAR!"
Just like in the Eric Garner situation…these people need to be heard and defended.
holy shit they actually charged him w filing a false police report bc they didnt like what he said
did you expect anything else?
"From 2006 to 2012, a white police officer killed a black person at least twice a week in this country." - MHP
People are giving Wilson money to thank him for killing an unarmed black teenager. Please report this to GoFundMe, as it violates their Terms of Service and they get 5% of the tens of thousands of dollars being donated. Click to report.
This is my message, in case you want to copy and paste:
Your Terms of Service prohibit “items that promote… hate, racial intolerance, or the financial exploitation of a crime.” Take a look at the comments that come with the donations on this page and tell me that doesn’t violate your terms. “Support Officer Wilson” is a thin veil for people rewarding Wilson for killing a black kid.
"Waste of good ammo. It’s my privilege to buy you a replacement box."
"All self-respecting whites have a moral responsibility to support our growing number of martyrs to the failed experiment called diversity."
"I thank all Police, you are the ‘Thin Blue Line’ protecting normal Americans from aggressive and entitled primitive savages. America is surely at the tipping point."
Just a few quotes (in case it’s hard to read) from that collection of donation messages for Darren Wilson.
Does anyone else want to say it’s not about race?
"I wouldve donated double this amount but you missed his accomplice" I swear to fucking god…
No words. She was also with Talib who was told by police to keep his hands up or they’ll blow his brains out. And some resident protestors are exhausted with everything and saying that street medics told them they’re experiencing a subcategory of PTSD.
When will they learn
I watched a whole video of nothing but white pricks (including these) doing this to black people on purpose to try to get their reaction including walking up and farting in their faces, asking them if they want to buy guns from them etc. It’s so completely tasteless and horrible and they really think it’s funny despite them getting their asses beat.
I don’t get this kind of antagonism, like…it’s pure ignorance
Q:Here's the thing: Missouri Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder is right when he says the justice system was formed by "Anglo-American tradition" -- i.e., it's totally racist against people of color, by design. He's just too dumb to know that's why he's right.
Yeah, racists love to justify their bullshit as traditional, like they think we’re too dumb to ask, “a tradition of WHAT.”
I hate the term “women of color”
Since fucking when is my peach skin not a color? Why must I be excluded from a group of women?
Like excuse me. Who the hell came up with the stupid dynamic of calling people white and black in the first place?
Sorry that someone re-appropriated the word “colored” and took it from being a derogatory term to mean impure or non-white, to be something of the positive connotation its starting to have when the fairness-complex has started to subside in some circles.
When I was a kid I literally picked at all of my scabs on my arm so that I could see the lighter skin left by the scar. I hoped that if I repeated it enough, I’d be white like the rest of my friends. So I’m sorry that you feel excluded, thats how people of color in this country feel all of the time.
Hmm, how about the fact that ‘nude’ stockings, band-aids and other things are not the skin tone of People of Color?
What about ‘flesh’ as in ‘flesh tone’ crayons were never brown skinned people?
There’s a reason why up through the 20th century ‘colored’ was a label for water fountains, shopping counters and spaces for ‘people of color’.
'Colored' is a title forced upon people who weren't white because we weren't white.
As a brown skinned American, do I get anything without white people wanting it, even if it’s something I didn’t want in the first place? I mean, what the fuck.
