It’s one of the best online, it’s kid versions of the Justice League. The art is fucking adorable and the adult personalities are displayed in a great way for them as children. And visually, I love that it looks like a Sunday comic, with the color and the soft texture over the art that keeps it from just being in your face digital art. And kid Bruce is the best. I also think the best Batmans are the ones where he’s not a grim-dark asshole, I like him more when there’s a weird humor to what he does and his situation. When there’s the laugh, even if it’s for the audience and not Bruce.

According to a CBS New York report, Matawan-Aberdeen Middle School Principal Tyler Blackmore made an announcement last week following “incidents of unsuitable, physical interactions” reminding students that Matawan-Aberdeen was a “no hugging school.” Students say they risk detention if caught embracing. School Superintendent David Healy commended Blackmore for acting responsibly, saying the students needed to learn about “appropriate interactions.” Still, he said the announcement was being blown out of proportion and students caught hugging would not be suspended. “It’s stupid, I’ve never heard of such a thing,” said one parent. “Why can’t you hug? That’s how we grew up, with affection.” Seriously, what’s next? Banning best friends? Oh, wait.
