I wrote another article about racism in video games because I love getting hate mail. 

The black person being a witch doctor, knowing voodoo, being Haitian, Jamaican, and all of that shit gets so fucking old. It’s in everything, half the time a black person is featured they speak poor English and are superstitious. Hell, my grandmother is from St Croix, she’s lived in America for about 40 years and has a slight accent and her grammar structure is more correct than most people I speak with who’ve lived in this damn country their entire lives. 

I wonder if media knows that not all black people are directly related to the West Indies or that some of us can actually speak English like logical human beings. insultingly, i have been told I speak ‘white’ and that i’m not ‘black’ because I know how to articulate myself, which only goes to show how ignorant people are and how ignorant they expect others to be.

I watched the opener to ‘Spanish for Everyone’ what is the fuck? That animation is awful and lazy but the narrative is really fucking racist. Also, why couldn’t that kid just turn to his friend and give him the DS before running across the street to his father’s limo?
